Please note:

Some apartments are unfurnished but most are tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable and convenient. Some apartments include all the kitchen items such as pots, plates, utensils, etc.

All of our apartments are conveniently located a few minutes from StFX and are in excellent condition. 

Virtually all the furniture seen in our photos at 320 and 225 Main Street is owed by us and included in the rent.

All lease periods are 12 months; May 1st to April 30.
